Today I woke up and I didn’t want to wait one more second to dig into my overnight oats. I followed Julie’s @ Pbfingers recipe. I’ll share it with you guys.
combine one 6-ounce container of Greek yogurt
two tablespoons chia seeds
2/3 cup oats and
1/2 cup milk in a bowl.
Wrap it up and put it in the fridge.
This morning when I woke up I added 1/4 cup of milk because it was super thick and it turned out looking like this:
It was good. I think I like yesterday’s oats better. These were really filling and heavy. I shouldn’t have done them before my workout. I didn’t even run this morning because I was just tired and blah. I did do my Summer Shred workout though! Just two more days this week of it! Today’s workout was more of a cardio driven one.
The workout that I never did before that I had to do today were skaters.
You just pretend that you are skating. Go figure. One side to the other side.
I had to do this for 30 seconds… with a10 second break… then move on to the next exercise.
